I completed my studies two years ago and I was looking for a first work experience when I was welcomed by IPG. In my first job I took care of outbound calls. Later on, I had the opportunity to become Technical Advisor for Telenet. I’m part of a caring and understanding team and people who help me improve my skills surround me, day by day. My mission is to help Telenet customers and to assist them in solving technical failures of their TV, Internet and phones, both fixed and mobile. It’s always a pleasure to help customers solve technical problems!
